Below, you will find some surveys. One for anyone who has stayed at our shelter, one for anyone who has received non-residential, outreach services from Embrace, one for if you are a student who meets with an advocate one-on-one on-site at your school, and a few others if you have participated in specific groups or presentations with an Embrace group facilitator. Please take the survey if you’ve participated in that program. These surveys will help us maintain quality service to all survivors in the four counties we serve.
